Executive Team

KDIV 98.7 is led by the following executive team

 

Reginald Brasfield, Executive Director-- University of the Ozarks alumni. After graduation, Reggie moved to Bentonville to work for Wal-Mart. For the past 11 years, he has served in multiple functions both professional & personal to support community growth. In 2012, Reginald was voted one of NWA’s Most Influential Professionals. Reginald is also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.

 

 

Tearle Byers, Board Member at Large-- John Brown University alumni. KDIV was his capstone project when he graduated in 2010. Served as a Children’s Advocacy Center of Benton County board member from 2011-2012. Tearle is also a Prince Hall affiliated mason.

 

 

Stephanie Adams, President-- Originally from Cleveland, Ohio Dr. Stephanie G. Adams relocated to Fayetteville, AR in January of 2007.  Dr. Adams serves as the Associate Director for Academic Engagementa t the University of Arkansas.  She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Masters of Education in Adult Learning and Development, and Doctoral degree in Higher Edcuation Leadership.  Dr. Adams serves on the Board of Directors for the Yvonne richardson Community Center, and is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority inc., Order of eastern Stars, Chapter #295, and Jack & Jill of America.

 

 

Leora Jackson, Secretary-University of Arkansas alumni. She holds a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and is currently pursuing her 2nd Masters in Journalism with emphasis in Advertising and Public Relations. Leora currently works as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for Arkansas Rehabilitation Services. Leora is an active member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc.

 

 

Clement Ogunyemi, Treasure Grambling State University alumni. Clement has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a MBA from Walden University. He relocated to NWA in 2009 to pursue career opportunities. Clement is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity.
