Who We Are
Voice of Diversity is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded around the principles of education. The mission of the organization is to be a “voice” for citizens in the Northwest Arkansas Community
Voice of Diversity is inclusive of all cultures while speaking from the views of Black, Indigenous, (and) People of Color (BIPOC) locally as well as globally.
We strive to educate, entertain, and provide our audience with a diverse reflection of music and issues/topics that have been under-represented by other media. Voice of Diversity (VOD) is committed to enriching the lives of all we reach.
The organization is providing our listeners with an outlet by presenting material that will encourage new insights and expand awareness.

KDIV Radio Station
We strive to educate, entertain, and provide our audience a diverse reflection of music and issues that have been under-represented by other media.
Community & Events
Our goal is to bring positive information, conversation, and change to the community/world through engaging community events.
Youth Development
Through media, high school students will produce a show that provides the audience with valuable insights into the challenges and experiences they face in their lives.
