Executive Director
Reginald Brasfield
Reginald Brasfield is the founder and Executive Director of Voice of Diversity. In
this role, he has worked alongside the board and volunteers to promote diversity,
education, and community partnerships. Under his leadership, the organization
launched Northwest Arkansas’ first urban format radio station, KDIVLP, established
partnerships with local nonprofits, hosted community cookouts, and worked with local
schools. Reginald has served the community in many fashions from being a youth
coach to partnering with local organizations to bring awareness to diseases such as
Cystic Fibrosis.
Professionally, he is a consumer products Supply Chain and Sales professional, with
over 18 years of experience with major CPG Fortune 500 national and international
companies. Reginald’s expertise is in Supply Chain Management and Sales. He is
currently a National Account Manager for Belkin International.

Stephanie Adams
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Stephanie G. Adams, Ed.D relocated to Fayetteville, AR in January 2007. Dr. Adams serves as the Director of Faculty Development at the University of Arkansas. She is a member of the Historic St. James Missionary Baptist Church, Jack & Jill of America, Inc., and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and enjoys serving the Northwest Arkansas community.
